Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lunalisaimage.com (the "Site") and the Luna Lisa Image services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Independent Site Notice

Luna Lisa Alpha, mona-lisa-1, GPT Image, ChatGPT, and OpenAI are names of their respective owners. The Site is an independent tracker and image studio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI. Those marks are referenced only for identification and informational purposes.

Description of Service

The Service provides an AI image studio that generates and edits images from text and uploaded files you provide. Image generation is powered by third-party providers (currently GPT Image 2). Luna Lisa Alpha is tracked as an unreleased model and is not guaranteed to become available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Third-Party AI Providers

Image generation and editing are executed by third-party AI providers. Your prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs may be transmitted to those providers for processing. Commercial use of generated images is subject to the applicable provider's terms and licenses, which may change over time. We do not grant you any rights to third-party content or to the models used by those providers.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Credits and Subscriptions

Credits are virtual goods used to generate music and use paid features. Credits purchased or granted are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms. Prices, credit amounts and plan features may be updated from time to time.

Waitlist

By joining our launch waitlist, you consent to receive one-time or occasional launch-related emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party, including uploading audio you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service in a way that violates these terms or the terms of third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Happy Shrimp and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including any output generated by third-party AI providers.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
